EVER HAD THAT "BACK PACK" SORE BACK? HSGI is the true inventor of this padding system for the ALICE frame . With the Help of the Marines located at Camp Lejeune,  HSGI developed this pad with comfort in mind . The Alipad has extra padding on the back, shoulders, and waist. In addition, the Ali comes with with 2 compartments that could accommodate 2 - 100 oz. hydration systems, storage for soft gear, or even IV kits . 

There is also a venting system which allows passage for a lowering line for jump capability and webbing loops on the shoulder straps for securing hydration tubes or extra gear.  Made of 3/8 inch closed cell foam, 1000 denier Cordura, #10 vislon solid tooth plastic zippers, 1 inch Cordura webbing, and a replacement strap for the kidney pad ( this strap will replace the old cam type or side release buckle can hardly ever be tightened to full potential ) .
